How credits work

You pay for new developments

A new development is a fresh event on a topic you follow. It costs 10 credits, once, when a sourced one is ready.

Everything around it is free

Reading it again, previews of a topic, deep dives, corrections, and days with nothing new cost nothing.

Top up when a month runs busy

Any amount from $5. $1 buys 100 credits, up to 10 new developments. Bought credits do not expire. No automatic recharge. Unused monthly credits expire when the paid month ends.

What Verelyn does not do, yet

It is new.Live since August 2026, run by two cofounders. There are no published reviews yet, and we will not invent any.
Coverage is limited and growing.Before you follow a topic, Verelyn shows whether it already reads sources on it. If not, the topic shows “Analyzing sources” until it does.
You steer it in plain words.You set topics and correct it by saying so. There are no filter rules or keyword dashboards.
It is not compliance software or investment advice.It reports what sources say and shows them. It is not built for a single lookup or minute-by-minute emergency alerts.

Refunds and cancelling

Seven-day refund: Within seven days of your first payment, one email gets a full refund. A person reads every reply.
Cancel anytime: From Billing in your account, through the payment portal. Your plan runs to the end of the paid month.
Compared with alerts and feeds: Alerts and feeds collect links, and newsletters are written for everyone. Verelyn connects reports about the same event, explains what changed and why it matters for the topics you follow, and shows the sources behind each update.
